As a Site Acquisition Agent / Negotiator, you are responsible for facilitating and leading negotiations between various parties in order to achieve positive outcomes. You analyze complex situations, leverage your communication skills, and develop strategies to reach successful agreements. You will work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where agility and flexibility are essential.
Your Responsibilities
Lead negotiations between different parties with the aim of reaching mutually beneficial agreements
Analyze interests, needs, and positions to develop effective negotiation strategies
Devise creative solutions for conflicts and stalled discussions
Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure positive, constructive collaboration
Document negotiation outcomes and ensure agreements are legally and ethically sound
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to negotiation and conflict resolution
Your Profile
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or International Relations
You have proven experience as a negotiator, preferably in a complex working environment
You excel in communication and negotiation
You are analytically strong and solution-oriented
You perform well under pressure and adapt quickly in a changing environment
You have insight into the legal and ethical aspects of negotiations
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in French and/or in Dutch, and English
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
