As an Freelance Business Development Manager your responsibilities are:
* Support Partners and senior stakeholders in business development activities across M&A/Corporate practices
* Prepare pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
* Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, webinars, and client events
* Develop and maintain client-facing materials, credentials, and PowerPoint presentations
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple countries
* Support CRM and reporting activities through Salesforce and internal systems
* Track opportunities, proposals, and business development initiatives
* Collaborate with international Business Development teams across Europe
* Support strategic initiatives for the growth of the practice across France, the Netherlands, Italy, and other EMEA regions
* Contribute to brand visibility, awards submissions, and market positioning initiatives
A successful Freelance Business Development Manager should have:
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Events, or Client Relationship Management within: international law firms / consulting firms /Big 4 / professional services environments
* Experience supporting M&A/Corporate or advisory environments is a strong plus
* Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with senior professionals and Partners
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
* Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus
