The Expansion Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
* Develop the network of shops/franchisees (prospecting, study of catchment areas)
* Assisting the franchisees in all the steps (from the search fto the opening)
* Advising the franchisees in the operational, financial and administrative management of the outlets and accompanying them
* Selection of the candidates for the franchises
* Ensuring the proper coordination and planning of the opening stages of the sales outlets
* Previous experience in a similar position in sales
* Prospection / hunting skills
* Ready to travel and work in a dynamic, field-based environment
* Existing network with brokers is a big plus
* Bilingual Dutch and French
