The position is situated within the Sales department of ACEN, a team that delivers end-to-end solutions in cybersecurity. The Sales department consists of a sales manager, an account Manager, Internal Sales, Bid Office & the marketing team.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
* You are responsible for processing incoming sales orders and renewing existing contracts
* You order licenses and hardware from various vendors
* You assist the bid office with administrative tasks
* Engage with clients to discuss their IT security needs. You do this together with the technical and sales colleagues.
* Follow up on existing leads and prospect for new opportunities.
* You document everything accurately and correctly in our CRM system so that your colleagues are always aware of the latest update. You work together with the marketing team to define actions to support the sales team.
* You work together with the different teams in our organization.
Profile
* Experience as an internal sales in an IT environment is a plus but not necessary.
* Interest in Cybersecurity, with a willingness to learn.
* You have experience working with a CRM system, experience with Odoo is a plus.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* You are able to easily switch between different contexts and effectively prioritize tasks.
* Flexible, precise, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
* You work very accurately
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
