A medical manufacturing company in the Flemish region is looking for a Production Quality Manager to lead quality assurance within a highly automated production environment. The role involves overseeing compliance with GMP standards, managing batch releases, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Bio-engineering, or similar
* Experience in medical devices, pharma, or life sciences manufacturing
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 and CFR
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Strong GMP and batch release knowledge
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience with SAP, CAPA, supplier audits, and root cause analysis
* Skilled in team coaching and documentation management
