Overview
We have a requirement for a LOTO Coordinator for a project based in Geel
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage LOTO plans for mechanical systems
2. Coordinate equipment isolation for maintenance and project activities
3. Verify zero-energy states (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, etc.)
4. Work with operations, maintenance, EHS, and contractors
5. Ensure compliance with:OSHA / local safety regulationsGMP requirementsSite SOPs and permit-to-work systems
6. Maintain isolation registers and documentation
7. Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
8. Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities
9. Audit contractor compliance with LOTO procedures
Qualifications
10. Degree educated or very strong trades' background
11. At least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites
12. Significant LOTO and supervision experience
13. Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential
14. Excellent reporting and communication skills essential
