Solo Media Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our client project teams and grow into a strategic problem-solver role. About the Role
You'll work alongside our Product Owners and Project Managers, learning how to translate client needs into technical solutions while keeping projects on track. This is a hands‑on role where you'll gain exposure to complex e‑commerce implementations, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional team collaboration.
What You'll Do
* Support project managers in coordinating client projects and internal development teams
* Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates
* Facilitate communication between clients, designers, and developers
* Help troubleshoot issues and identify solutions alongside senior team members
* Participate in client meetings and learn stakeholder management
* Track project deliverables and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
* Assist with scope management and project planning
Must-Haves
* Fluent bilingual communication (English and Spanish)
* Strong organizational skills - you can juggle multiple projects without missing details
* Clear communicator - you can explain complex information to different audiences
