We are looking for an IVVQ Manager (Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification) to lead and coordinate the testing activities of complex engineering projects in the defense, aerospace, and digital security sectors. As an IVVQ Manager, you will manage the full cycle of testing activities, ensuring product quality and performance compliance with customer requirements and defined specifications.
In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM), System Engineering teams, and the wider engineering team to drive the definition, execution, and optimization of testing strategies across various projects.
Main Responsibilities
As an IVVQ Manager, your tasks will include:
Define and implement the testing strategy for product development, from planning to execution, ensuring clear risk and opportunity management.
Coordinate and manage testing efforts, including both manual and automated test procedures to verify that all design requirements are met.
Lead the IVVQ Engineering team, responsible for writing and executing test cases based on defined requirements and test strategies.
Oversee the automation of test procedures to optimize verification and validation (V&V) campaigns and improve efficiency.
Ensure quality by verifying that the solution or product meets the technical requirements and complies with the IVVQ Plan.
Monitor and report progress through regular updates on KPIs and metrics, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Drive the creation of test reports and other documentation, including formal reports and descriptive documents.
Collaborate with the Engineering Delivery Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and to provide schedule updates for IVVQ activities.
Work with subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring all issues are addressed and that progress is aligned with project goals.
Participate in project meetings such as daily scrums and agile planning to provide regular updates and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Profile / Requirements :
We are looking for a candidate with:
Master's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Telecommunication, or related fields).
At least 7 years of experience in Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) across different technical domains, such as Software, Hardware, Systems, EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
Strong project management experience (including handling multiple parallel projects) is a valuable asset.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven problem-solving skills and passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology and process-driven management.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
Ability to manage complex tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
