Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.Salary : monthly salary in line with experience (capped at €5000)Benefits : Lunch vouchers (€8), transportation allowance, laptop, group insurance, pension plan, hospitalization insurance, eco-cheques, €90 net allowance, 32 vacation days + 5 extra vacation days, GSM + calling plan, 2 days of WFH / per weekThe role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
1. Serve as the main liaison for clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout each assignment
2. Manage end-to-end administrative processes
3. Coordinate meetings and complex travel arrangements
4. Prepare and edit presentations and documentation
5. Support billing, expense reporting, and basic financial tracking
6. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
7. Assist with research and business development activities, updating internal systems accordingly
8. Provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including calendar and inbox management
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide backup support when needed.

12. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
13. Confident communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders
14. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
15. Team-oriented with a positive attitude
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
17. Relevant experience supporting senior professionals, ideally in a professional services setting
