As a Microsoft System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our operational IT environment.br/ You will work independently on a variety of technical tasks, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and high performing.br/ You follow established processes meticulously and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.br/ This all within a mainly Microsoft Server environment with applications like Exchange, SQL server, BizTalk, ...br/ br/ h2Responsibilities /h2 ul liManage and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, MS SQL Server, SCCM) /li liSupport VMware vCenter environments /li liTroubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analyses /li liDocument procedures and technical configurations /li liCollaborate with other IT teams for project execution and issue resolution /li liActively contribute to improving existing processes and procedures /li liActively use the ticketing system (Service Now) to document and follow-up activities /li liParticipate in a standby rotation for interventions outside business hours (every 5 to 6 week) /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent through experience /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
