Overview
To support several longterm maintenance projects on site at a client in the region of Leuven, we are urgently searching for 2 JUNIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS.

Our OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) department supports projects in different sectors on basis of project staffing with consultants working at the client’s site.
Responsibilities
The assignment
1. Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
2. Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
3. Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
4. Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
5. Create lists of critical spare parts.
6. Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
7. Owner and executor of MOCs.
8. Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
9. Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
10. Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
11. Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
12. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
13. Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
14. Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
15. Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
16. Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
17. Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
18. Analytical and results-driven.
19. Strong in collaboration and communication.
20. Proactive, accurate and process-oriented.
21. Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
