Job Description
* Analyze and calculate purchasing needs using an algorithm to optimize volumes and costs
* Negotiate contracts and secure advantageous deals on large orders
* Place accurate orders with international suppliers
* Ensure cost reliability and prevent any invoicing errors
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and use creativity to find smart deals
* Manage intercultural communication with international suppliers
* Monitor deliveries and anticipate needs to ensure supply continuity
* Work closely with logistics and sales teams to optimize processes
The Successful Applicant
* Structured, organized, with strong analytical skills
* First experience in purchasing, with a true talent for negotiation
* Comfortable with numbers and, Excel and ERP
* Curious, dynamic, and confident in making decisions
* Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
* Friendly and proactive, able to easily connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures
