Financial Controller Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across accounting processes.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
* Partner with the finance team to deliver precise and timely financial reports.
* Take part in the budgeting and forecasting cycle and support the preparation of financial statements.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the upcoming SAP system upgrade by validating data, performing tests, and supporting documentation efforts. You will also assist in internal audits and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial activities.
* Develop and refine financial policies and procedures.
* Support the preparation of financial statements.
* Participate in the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
Requirements:
* Mastery of finance.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial controlling.
* Fluency in French or Dutch.
* Excellent skills and use of Excel and PowerBI.
