What You Will Do
Manage and resolve customer-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs. Coordinate customer visits and audits and follow up on actions based on customer feedback. Translate customer needs and opportunities into concrete improvement programs. Support Sales and Customer Service with technical training and quality-related advice. Represent the customer in internal quality and improvement meetings. Manage customer specifications, questionnaires, and quality documentation. Contribute to internal QA activities and the release of finished products. What You Will Get

University degree or technical college degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering. Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused environment. Fluent in English and Dutch (other language is a plus). Experience with GMP guidelines and statistical analysis. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn from experience and feedback. Proactive attitude towards changes and continuous improvement. Business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Strong collaboration skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
