You’ll ensure compliance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and manage facility operations to deliver top-tier service and cost efficiency. What You’ll Do Implement and maintain ISO-certified HSE & energy management systems (ISO, ISO, etc.) Ensure regulatory compliance and act as the main contact for authorities and employee councils Lead risk assessments, emergency planning, and energy-saving initiatives Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and leadership Manage and develop a high-performing SERE team across multiple sites Collaborate with the management team to embed SERE values and drive strategic initiatives Your Profile 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including management team-level leadership Fluent in Dutch, French & English University degree in Business Management or equivalent, with specialized HSE training Certified Safety Advisor (Level 1) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Deep knowledge of ISO standards and Belgian HSE legislation Let us learn about you!
