You own the results in terms of new sales, up- and cross-selling, and customer retention — and you directly contribute to our commercial ambitions by reporting to the Commercial Director. /pbr /p You will define thestrong annual customer success plan including all aspects of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. /strongThis plan includes strategic objectives, initiatives, and go-to-market actions, in an omnichannel context where you combine both physical and digital channels. As process owner, you ensure continuous improvement including process adoption, perfomance monitoring, prioritisation and implementation of improvements (related to process, people systems).
