About The Role
As a Verification & Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the analysis of system and software requirements, translating them into effective test cases. You will design test plans, conduct reviews, and ensure thorough traceability and coverage as per the ASPICE and ISO26262 standards. Your work will drive the validation of advanced automotive technologies through meticulous testing.
Key responsibilities
* Analyze system and software requirements; develop comprehensive test cases.
* Prepare test plans, designs, and traceability in line with ASPICE and ISO26262.
* Conduct MIL, SIL, HIL, and system tests for e-DCT and electric drivetrains.
* Configure and deploy dSPACE HIL platforms and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape).
* Validate transmission and e-drive functionalities and perform root‑cause analysis.
* Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
* Optimize testing methodologies, automation, and V&V processes.
* Report on test status, risks, and deviations.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in the automotive sector and expertise in V&V processes.
* 3–5 years of experience as a V&V Engineer, Test Engineer, or Embedded Software Tester.
* Proven experience in the automotive industry is essential.
* Proficiency in using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape).
* Experience with dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, HIL-platforms).
* Skilled in MIL/SIL/HIL testing and model‑based development (Simulink/Stateflow).
* Familiarity with CAN, UDS, and diagnostic tools.
* Programming or scripting experience (Python, MATLAB, CAPL)
* Knowledge of ISO26262, ASPICE, and requirement management tools (Polarion, DOORS).
