Job Title: HR Specialist
* About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and benefits for one or more business groups in Belgium.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll and benefits administration for multiple business groups in Belgium.
2. Collect and process monthly payroll data in Workday and eBlox.
3. Handle payroll for expatriates in collaboration with external tax advisors and Rewards team.
4. Conduct 4-eyes checks on payroll input completed by peers.
5. Provide social documents (e.g., DRS, C4) to employees.
6. Coordinate with insurance providers for coverage during leaves (maternity, paternity, illness, etc.).
7. Work closely with the team to ensure timely payroll task completion.
8. Act as a point of contact for payroll, benefits, and social law-related questions.
9. Keep intranet information updated for employee reference.
* Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll, consulting, or analysis.
2. Fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other.
3. Excellent English skills (spoken, written, and reading).
4. Mandatory knowledge of eBlox.
5. Solid understanding of Belgian employment law, especially JC200.
6. Experience with Workday is a plus.
7. Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
8. Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
9. Excellent communication and time management skills.
10. High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
11. Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset and stress resilience.
