Job Description We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead and coordinate our organization's cybersecurity initiatives. The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for defining and managing a comprehensive security roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and strengthening the overall security posture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity program or project management, with strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and risk management practices. Responsibilities include: Defining and managing the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. Coordinating and monitoring security projects across IT and business teams. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.G., GDPR, ISO). Organizing and facilitating governance and steering committees. Producing reports, KPIs, and documentation to track progress and compliance. Promoting a security-first culture and raising awareness across the organization. Requirements The following qualifications are required: Proven experience in cybersecurity program or project management. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and risk management practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in English and French and/or Dutch. Preferred Certifications Candidates with the following certifications will be given preference: CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional. CISM - Certified Information Security Manager. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor. PMI or PRINCE2 certification (for program/project management).
