* Arrange travel plans (flights, hotel reservations)
* Keep agenda up-to-date
* Follow-up meetings/conferences/registrations and invitation to meetings/conferences etc
* Assist with the preparation and the formatting of presentations
* Act as a main contact person for all the stakeholders
* Ensure a smooth organisation of the meetings (send outlook invitation, track the answers, order lunch etc)
* At least 10 years' experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role ideally in an international company (must have)
* Excellent spoken and written English is a must, if you speak Greek it's a great plus
* Excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
* Enjoys structured environments and thrives in process-driven organisations
* Comfortable working within well-defined procedures and frameworks
* Able to respect deadlines and tight timing
