Job description
As a SaaS Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing and exclusively developing our portfolio of key accounts for the Eleven VMS SaaS offering.
You will play a key role from prospecting to contract signature. Your main responsibilities include:
1.Prospecting & Business Development
* Identify and approach new key accounts to expand our presence in this market segment.
2.RFP Management
* Prepare and respond to requests for proposals, including detailed writing and the management of long and complex processes.
3.Building Strong Client Relationships
* Establish and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs and expectations.
4.Contractualization of Partnerships
* Manage all contractual phases with clients in your portfolio up to the initiation of the commercial relationship.
You have excellent writing skills, the ability to handle complex processes, and ease in managing high-level commercial relationships.
Profile Requirement
- You hold a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, and you want to grow in a scale-up environment.
- You have previous experience in project management combined with client portfolio management.
- You demonstrate strong adaptability.
- You are looking for a team-driven adventure, with both responsibility and autonomy.
- You are fluent in French and English, and you must also speak Flemish or Dutch.
- Experience in the technology sector, software publishing, or SaaS is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is an additional advantage.
