Drive ICT Operations Transformation
This leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional who can oversee the design, implementation and management of ICT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure management, networking and operational processes within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze Requirements: Translate organizational needs into actionable ICT infrastructure and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration of datacentre equipment, server resources, network connectivity, end-user devices, and service desk management.
* Communication and Reporting: Proactively communicate and report on the status of ongoing infrastructure and operations projects to both internal ICT teams and external stakeholders.
* Project and Change Request Management: Define and oversee projects and change requests, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
* Servicing Current IT Infrastructure & Operations: Lead and manage the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) team, defining job roles, training requirements, and individual performance indicators (KPIs).
Profile Description:
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing ICT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery within a MedTech or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of datacentre equipment, server resources, networking technologies, and service desk management.
* Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, including ITIL and cybersecurity best practices.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
* Experience in the MedTech industry or healthcare IT environments is highly desirable.
