International payroll and HR admin Point of contact for employee queries and ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner and required actions are carried outHandling payroll of foreign employees. Handling payroll of various international smaller entitiesDeal with a wide range of issues, including holiday entitlements, timekeeping, fringe benefits, payroll and international business travelRun payroll reports, coordinate & monitor payroll with external suppliers, and ensure accurate and timely paymentsVarious administrative tasks such as reporting to works councils, completing government documents, ...Data & analyticsElaboration of people analytics dashboards based on the needs of HR and the businessCollect and analyze HR data and provide clear visuals for the business and (top) managementTranslate (executive teams, middle management, business) strategy of Ardo into relevant indicators, and do not hesitate to 'challenge' themAdvise internal clients by conducting 'People Analytics' analyses based on HR and business needsResponsible for conducting HR surveys and analysing the resultsHR ProjectsCollaborate in HR projects defined in the strategic HR roadmap in cooperation with colleagues in HR, management, IT, project department and other stakeholders involvedGive advice and input in the creation and possible adjustment of the HR roadmapMonitor developments in HR and initiate optimization ideas yourselfSuper Key User of HRIS used within Ardo. Responsible for maintaining the master template and investigate proposed changes before implementing.
