We are working with a bespoke, in-house software consultancy based in Ghent, partnering with clients to design and deliver tailored digital solutions. Our work spans custom platforms, integrations, and business-critical applications—built with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term value.
The Role
They’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software development who is ready to step into (or grow within) a project management position.
You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee software development projects end-to-end
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
* Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery of development work
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
* Contribute to improving internal processes and delivery methods
What They’re Looking For
* Background in software development (experience with .NET is a plus, not required)
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Interest in or motivation to grow into a project management role
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
* Experience working with clients or stakeholders
* Familiarity with project management tools
