Are you a Product owner with a strong interest in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), and ready to grow into a strategic product role at the intersection of business, tech, and regulation?
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a scale-up active in AI-driven compliance solutions within the financial industry. This is your chance to develop into a Product Owner or Product Manager through a structured learning journey.
Your Role
Depending on your experience, you will evolve toward:
* Acting as the link between business requirements and product development
* Helping translate FCC/AML needs into strategic product roadmaps
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, tech)
* Contributing to long-term vision, mission and roadmap
* Helping deliver high-impact AI tools in the compliance domain
Your Profile
* Product Manager with analytical background or 5 years of relevant experience
* Interest or experience in financial compliance (e.g. AML, KYC, fraud, risk)
* First exposure to Agile/Scrum or product delivery is a strong plus
* Strong communication skills, business mindset, and curiosity
* Fluent in English and (Dutch or French)
