About the Role
As an SAP ECC SCM Specialist, you ensure stable, compliant, and efficient SAP processes across our manufacturing and supply chain operations in Amsterdam (NL), Neder‑Over‑Heembeek (BE), and Buggenhout (BE). You play a critical role in a GMP‑regulated biotech/pharmaceutical environment, where SAP directly contributes to product quality, data integrity, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
* Own and enhance SAP MM, PP, and WM processes, with preferred support for SD and PM integrations.
* Ensure all SAP processes meet GxP and CSV requirements, including controlled execution, documentation, and validation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, document CAPA, and communicate with QA, process owners and users.
* Optimize end‑to‑end flows in procurement, production planning/execution, warehousing, and master data.
* Act as SME during audits and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
* 5–8 years of hands‑on SAP experience, primarily in MM and PP.
* Strong WM experience (staging, storage, HU management) and solid understanding of cross‑module integrations.
* Background in operational/logistics/manufacturing environments and familiarity with GxP/CSV.
* Preferred: SAP PM, SD, QM basics, barcoding/printing setups, and interfacing (IDoc, SFTP, APIs).
* A proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills and ownership.
* A can-do mentality where you can quickly shift between assignments, and you have a flexible mindset towards challenges and limitations.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, French is preferred.
