Senior Project Manager (M/F/X) – ICT Infrastructure We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support one of our clients in the transport & infrastructure sector, based in Zaventem. The ideal candidate is a high‑level, structured and autonomous professional with solid experience leading complex ICT infrastructure projects. Role Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee strategic ICT infrastructure initiatives with visibility up to C‑level. You will ensure end‑to‑end delivery, steer existing Project Managers where needed, and work within a highly process‑driven environment. You will report to the Datacenter Service Manager and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver ICT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. Ensure consistent application of Enterprise Project Management processes. Communicate effectively with C‑level stakeholders and technical teams. Coordinate, guide and support existing Project Managers. Manage tender processes and tender documentation. Ensure strong governance, documentation, risk management and reporting. Guarantee project delivery within scope, budget, quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate closely with the Datacenter Service Manager and operational teams. Required Experience & Skills Must‑have Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in ICT infrastructure. Strong experience with tenders and tender documentation. Ability to communicate confidently with C‑level stakeholders. Background in Service Delivery and/or Service Management. Ability to adopt, apply and respect enterprise‑level PM processes. Strong organisational skills and a procedural, structured mindset. Experience steering or mentoring other Project Managers.
