As a successful Account Manager & Field Sales Coach - Animal Health / Small Animal (Pet) - Antwerp & North Brussels, you have the following responsibilities:
Account Management (60%):
* Provide technical expertise and advise to vets clinics & independent veterinarians on the optimal utilization of products
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vets clinics & independent veterinarians in the assigned region (Antwerp & Brussels North).
* Promote and sell animal health products tailored for companion animals to vets clinics & independent veterinarians in the assigned region (Antwerp & Brussels North).
* Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts ...
Field Sales Coach (40%):
* Coach 7 account managers in Belgium and the Netherlands to improve their sales performance & technical knowledge expertise
* Facilitate best practices sharing sessions to enhance commercial excellence.
* Deliver 1 to 2 coaching sessions per person during each 4-months sales cycle.
As a successful Account Manager & Field Sales Coach- Animal Health / Small Animal (Pet) - Antwerp & North Brussels, you have the following profile:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Veterinary Medicines, Animal Science, Animal husbandry or elated field.
* +5 years of experiences in Animal Health as a practitioner or as commercial
* Previous selling experiences or strong affinity with commercial or technical functions in Animal Health
* Accurate network of vets clinics, veterinarians or relevant stakeholders in the assigned region (Antwerp & Brussels North) is a plus
* Strong commercial, communication, presentation, influential & persuasive skills.
* Strong interpersonal & coaching skills - You are a team player and want to elevate your colleagues
* Located in the center of Flanders to cover the assigned region (Antwerp & Brussels North)
* Strong willingness to grow within the company
* Fluent in Dutch and English with a good understanding of French
