Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Receive and register incoming drivers at the gate. - Coordinate truck dispatches in collaboration with warehouse teams. - Allocate shipments into the TMS and validate load manifests. - Initiate and manage customs documentation processes. - Oversee the release of sealed trucks post-loading. - Ensure trucks depart on time in alignment with load plan & schedules. Job Requirements: 1- Education Level -) Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -) A diploma in logistics/operations with relevant experience may be accepted. 2 - Hard Skills Required for This Job -) Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, truck scheduling, and cargo allocation processes. -) Proficiency in using dispatch management systems, TMS/WMS platforms, and Microsoft Office. -) Ability to analyze operational data and solve day-to-day routing or allocation issues. 3 - Years of Working Experience & Special Requirements -) 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation operations. -) Experience working in high-volume logistics environments is an advantage. -) English proficiency (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
