About the Role
As Product Manager EMEA you will act as the bridge between the R&D centres and the regional sales & solution architect teams. Reporting directly to the EMEA leadership, you are the conductor of a multi-million dollar high-tech portfolio. A Brady Product Manager for RFID is the crucial link between market needs and product development, defining and launching the next generation of smart solutions, responsible for managing a portfolio of RFID solutions, including readers, scanners, and tags, by developing strategic plans, creating roadmaps, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities
* Conducting market research
* Analyzing customer and competitor insights
* Defining product requirements
* Collaborating with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure commercial success
* Managing product financials
* Leading commercialization strategies across multiple market channels
Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Electronics
* An additional Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
* A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing and/or consulting on complex business processes using technology
Required Skills
* Technical experience with RFID technology
* Experience with IoT (Internet of Things) is a plus
* Experience in Portfolio Management
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in project management
* Proficient in using facts and figures (data-driven)
* Ability to analyze market and competitor data, customer needs, and financial performance to inform strategy
* Capacity to develop long-term product plans and roadmaps
* Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
* Open to travel
