To support continued growth of our Aftermarket Sales organization, we are looking for an experienced **Deputy Manager** to take a hybrid role combining people leadership and hands‑on Sales Operations across the West Europe region. This is a **key leadership position** with direct impact on team effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
*About the Role**
As Deputy Manager, you will act as the daily operational leader of our West Europe Aftermarket Sales team, 5 experienced Sales professionals, including two based remotely (France & Spain).
Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to the team, ensuring flawless execution of our commercial plans while fostering talent development and high performance.
You will serve as the bridge between the team and the Sales Manager, taking ownership of people management and operational coordination, while contributing to key customer and commercial activities.
