As a qualified candidate, you are a proficient Project Manager who has a strong track record of overseeing development and IT delivery. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to take on challenges in a collaborative environment.
You oversee the end-to-end IT delivery within your team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
You manage project lifecycles, coordinating team efforts from initial customer requests to application deployment.
You engage stakeholders, monitor project activities, and report directly to the Program Manager.
You are responsible for organizing, leading, and developing your team, maintaining high engagement levels.
You implement agile methodologies and ensure compliance with Project Management standards.
You drive change management processes and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
You ensure smooth integration into existing organizational structures and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
You have demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager in a relevant field.
You possess strong knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies (e.g., Prince2).
You are familiar with Agile methodologies and adaptable to various project management approaches.
You bring exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
You are proficient in French or Dutch for understanding, speaking, and writing technical documentation.
You maintain strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in English for documentation purposes.
