Offshore Operations Coordinator
The primary goal of this role is to oversee the execution of offshore operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
* This includes managing and coordinating with various teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
* Oversight involves verifying the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and manpower for successful project outcomes.
* Effective communication with the coordination team, warehouse manager, and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure project planning, task management, and logistics align with company standards.
To excel in this position, one must possess excellent leadership skills, be able to make informed decisions under pressure, and maintain a strong focus on quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.

3. Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or Director to address any deviations or issues as they arise.
4. Foster open communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of offshore regulations, lifting operations, and corrosion principles. Experience with MS Office tools, site coordination, and adaptability to changing situations is also essential.

Additionally, the company operates several automated blasting machines and a spray hall measuring 7,200 m2.
