A banking client of mine is currently searching for a Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant to lead a campaign strategy for their customer retention squad. They are working on a cross-border project to increase client retention throughout the bank. This will be a 12 Month project with a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on site in Brussels.
Role
Lead the campaign strategy for the customer retention division
Create & execute impactful retention campaigns out of the box
Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Analysts
Show resilience during a turbulent time of the project
Use a data driven mindset to come up with solutions
Provide further insights into Churn Management
Profile
3+ years' experience within Campaign Strategy, Churn Management & Retention
Experience of working within Sales Division of a Financial Company
Data Driven Approach
Previous experience leading a team
Show an Entrepreneurial Mindset & Can-Do Mentality
English Speaking. (French OR Dutch is a Bonus)
