The marketing & communications business partner serves as the primary liaison between Marcom and the business, ensuring close alignment with field leaders and industry group heads to achieve maximum results. This role is responsible for gathering market insights, client challenges, and business priorities to inform marketing strategies, internal and external communications, and campaign development. The MarCom BP also oversees the rollout, adoption, and effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives within their assigned lines of business.

This role requires a savvy leader with a deep understanding of the staffing and solutions space who is committed to driving measurable business impact. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for success in this highly-collaborative role.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

* Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business unit leaders, industry group heads and other stakeholders, ensuring marketing and communication strategies align with overall business goals.
* Provide timely insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points to help shape marketing and communications initiatives.
* Serve as the voice of the business within Marketing and communications, advocating for the unique needs and challenges of field leaders.
* Identify opportunities for marcom to support service(s) expansion, product launches and/or client retention efforts.

Marketing and communications Strategy & Campaign Development

* Collaborate with the Marcom teams to develop targeted campaigns that address business priorities and drive lead generation and organizational alignment.
* Translate business objectives into actionable marcom strategies, ensuring measurable impact.
* Provide input on content, messaging, and creative assets to ensure relevance and effectiveness across all channels.
* Lead ABM strategy for high-value accounts, aligning with sales on priorities and engagement goals.

Campaign Rollout & Adoption

* Lead the deployment of marketing campaigns and communications across assigned business units, ensuring field teams are equipped with the right tools and training.
* Facilitate adoption through training sessions, toolkits, and ongoing support.
* Monitor campaign performance, gathering feedback from field teams to optimize future initiatives.
* Identify best practices and share success stories across business units to encourage participation and engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback Loop

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up on effectively.
* Provide regular reports and insights to Marcom and business leaders on campaign impact and areas for enhancement.

Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

* Knowledge of marketing and communications operations frameworks and methodologies.
* Understanding of industry trends and how to apply them to improve effectiveness.
* Innovative mindset with a passion for (new) technology tools.
* Knowledge of customer experience strategies and how to enhance the customer journey through marketing touchpoints.
* Understanding of the role of marketing in delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong command of the English language, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advance working knowledge of Google Workspace.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marcom impact.

Education/Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business or related field;
* 5+ years in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record in campaign execution, training and adoption strategies.
* Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into marcom strategies.
* Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
* Strong ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
* Experience in the staffing or professional services industry is a plus.
