What will you do?
As a Personal Assistant, you'll be the right hand of our CFO. You'll support him in his daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly. This includes:
* Managing the agenda and following up on appointments.
* Screening, drafting, and sending emails on behalf of the CFO.
* Taking meeting minutes and tracking
action items
.
* Supporting
project management
and keeping an overview of deadlines.
* Helping to
coordinate events
and ensuring seamless organization.
* Stepping in flexibly for practical tasks that keep the team moving forward.
Who are you?
* Dutch is your main language, but you also communicate fluently in English (French or German is a plus).
* You have a natural affinity with the
equestrian world
and enjoy being part of it.
* Communicative, eager to learn, and able to set priorities.
* Quick to pick things up, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
* Comfortable working with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Open to occasionally taking on practical tasks if it helps the team succeed.
