Working in B2B Engineering team
The Telenet B2B datacenter provides a state-of-the-art private cloud environment for both internal and external payloads. The payload consists of direct customer hosting, customer solutions for other B2B products in need of a private cloud environment (Contact centers, PBX, …) and internal applications. Next to the cloud, the team also supports on-prem servers used for implementation of other B2B products.
We are looking for a team manager with both technical and people management skills to build a strong team. You will also make sure that our private cloud maintains its state-of-the-art status, evolves with the technology and customer needs. This needs to be compliant with the regulations (NIS2, ...).
Your tasks as our Team Manager B2B Datacenter
* You manage the team's efficiency according to Telenet strategy and support your team members' development.
* You interact with all internal and external stakeholders (other Telenet teams, customers, vendors, …) to guarantee an optimal service. You also manage continuous improvement and alignment with the changing needs. This includes presales discussions to implement special requests or requests that have a budgetary impact.
* You are responsible for the budget and business cases necessary to run and improve the team and the environment.
* You manage and are responsible for the KPI (key performance indicators) that assure a proper working of your team.
* You oversee various operational applications, automations, and tools developed or managed by the team. These resources are widely utilized in the B2B operations organization.
* You are responsible that the team and the environments are compliant with the different regulatory requirements (NIS2, ISO, …).

Your profile as our Team Manager B2B Datacenter
* You have a bachelor/master degree in a technical field and you have at least 7 years of experience.
* You can translate the company strategy into the required vision and actions for the team.
* You have the talent to build a strong team and to coach your team members.
* You possess technical knowledge to challenge and support the team.
* You are analytical combined with a strong problem-solving approach.
* You are customer focused.
* You build bridges with other teams and are a team player yourself.
