As an HR Officer you will be responsible for:
* Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
* Support employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Coordination of training and development programs for employees.
* Work on HR related projects.
A successful HR Officer should have/be:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
* A first experience in HR is a plus.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Aptitude in problem-solving.
