FSL professionals wanted for a leading global consulting company with a strong presence across Belgium. They have multiple innovation hubs and a diverse portfolio of clients. As they continue to expand our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant to join the team.
Your Role
As a Salesforce FSL Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Lightning solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their field service digital transformation journey and ensuring that every solution is aligned with best practices and business goals.
What You’ll Do
* Lead workshops to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions
* Configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce FSL components
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations
* Support full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support
* Advise clients on industry standards, process optimization, and Salesforce capabilities
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the growth of our Salesforce practice
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mobile, etc.)
* Ability to analyse business requirements and design functional solutions
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Salesforce certifications such as FSL Consultant, Admin, or Service Cloud Consultant are a strong plus
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
* Passion for technology and continuous learning
