As a key member of our division, you will provide efficient secretarial support to the Head of Division and other sectors within the division. Job Description * Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Division, including managing functional mailboxes, responding to general enquiries, and ordering office supplies. * Organize missions using MIPS+ application. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent communication skills.
