About this role
We are seeking an experienced HR project manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent, Engagement and Development department, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's culture and strategy forward.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing projects that ensure best practices are applied throughout the organization. This includes welcoming and onboarding new consultants, risk and mood management, career evolution, training paths, salary evolutions, recognition programs, and off-boarding.
You will translate business strategies and visions into workforce and culture actions, supervise the implementation of organizational and cultural changes, and work closely with the business to solve problems and foster collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Project management: Develop, coordinate, and implement projects that drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement
* Culture and change management: Supervise the implementation of organizational and cultural changes to support business objectives
* Communication and collaboration: Work closely with the business to solve problems and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
