YOBO Real Estate is looking for a driven
Junior Real Estate Consultant
to strengthen our team. In this dynamic role, you are the first point of contact for prospective buyers. You guide them through the entire sales process — from the initial inquiry to the final sale. You offer professional advice, identify their needs, and respond to them with commercial insight.
Your responsibilities
* Guide clients through the full sales process, up to and including the notarial deed.
* Collaborate with our in-house marketer to set up marketing campaigns for new projects.
* Ensure a smooth handover to our customer service and after-sales team.
* Analyse sales performance and report to the Head of Sales.
Who are you?
* A true real estate enthusiast who actively monitors market trends, competitors and buyer behaviour — and knows how to use this information strategically.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
* Flexible, engaged and willing to attend events and open house days — including evenings and weekends.
* Education & certification: Bachelor's degree required; BIV accreditation is a plus.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail when following up sales files.
* Excellent command of Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
* Experience with HubSpot? That's a big plus
