💼 Your Role
As a Backend Developer, you will:
* Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services in PHP Laravel
* Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver new features at scale
* Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape long-term technical strategy
* Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best-practice development
* Optimise performance for a platform processing millions of parcel interactions
* Work in a dynamic, innovative environment where your impact is immediately visible
🎯 What They’re Looking For
* Strong professional experience with PHP Laravel
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database architecture, and system scalability
* Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
* A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
* Based in Belgium (for payroll), with the option to work hybrid from our Leuven HQ or fully remote
