Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative – Export and Supply, you are responsible for the optimal management of our product inventory in international territories, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our distribution network. Your main goal is to ensure product availability for patients within the required timeframes. Adhering to quality system standards is central to your responsibilities.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure stock supply aligns with market demand. This includes:
* Monitoring inventory levels in our distribution center and at distributors,
* Coordinating supply with the production department,
* Tracking incoming shipments and stock coverage to anticipate shortages,
* Managing order shipments and tracking them from our distribution center to international partners,
* Coordinating priorities with the warehouse and quality assurance teams,
* Organizing packaging and local repackaging as needed.
* Perform all administrative tasks related to export processes, including customs, trade documentation, Incoterms, and export paperwork.
* Serve as the first-line operational contact for our international distributors:
* Respond to their inquiries,
* Collect their weekly/monthly reports (sales, inventory, billing follow-up, etc.),
* Manage complaints,
* Ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met on time by both parties.
As a Customer Service Representative – Export and Supply, you report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Your Profile:
* Minimum bachelor’s degree (in logistics management, customer service, business administration, applied economics).
* At least 5 years of experience in an export role within an international environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Strong customer service orientation, analytical and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
* Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
* Highly motivated to learn quickly and grow in the field of international trade and logistics services.
* Willing to travel occasionally abroad.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.
