Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Canon, one of the world's leading imaging solutions providers. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in Greece, where you will support Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance with their Canon products.
Responsibilities
* Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Canon products and services.
* Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting assistance.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
* Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed support to clients.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably with technology or imaging products.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Interest in photography or imaging products is a plus.
