We are looking for a Senior Consultant Consolidation.
* Join a dynamic team to support our customers' financial organizations and work collaboratively to address closing, consolidation and reporting challenges.
* Work in partnership with leading Belgian financial organizations to solve their challenges in the domain of IFRS, complex accounting, consolidation and reporting issues.
* Deliver high quality work, and develop your skills through trainings, coaching and mentoring.
* Build a reputation as a trusted advisor.
You will drive our client's operations to the next level by:
* Participating in the closing, consolidation and reporting cycle, as defined in the data and systems strategy.
* Participating in the implementation of new software solutions to meet complex accounting and reporting requirements.
* Being part of a skilled team in the execution of customer projects.
Let's talk about you
* Master's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Strong financial background with 3-6 years of experience in financial close, consolidation, reporting, audit, assurance, and/or IFRS.
* Hands-on, results-driven, and quality-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Client-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
* Team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work across diverse teams.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
* Experience in audit and/or consulting is an asset.
* Tech-savvy, with familiarity in consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan Fluence) being a plus.
* Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
