Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end coordination of inbound and outbound flows, from supplier to delivery
*
Manage transport and liaise with external partners for planning and execution
*
Analyze and improve lead times, logistics efficiency, and administrative processes
*
Collaborate daily with commercial and planning teams to ensure demand alignment
*
Implement Lean and continuous improvement methodologies across operational activities
*
Contribute to the digitisation road map, including ERP implementation and data work flows
*
Define and optimise scalable, resilient, and agile supply processes
*
Develop and lead a focused project in the first phase with measurable performance goals
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
*
3 to 5 years of experience in supply, logistics, or operations roles, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
*
University degree in Supply Chain, Business Engineering, or equivalent
*
Fluent in French and English
*
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems
*
Experience or training in Lean management is a big plus
*
Strong leadership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills
*
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
