Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a PEG process support Cryo unit to join its team.
As a PEG process support Cryo unit at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on projects in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, from process design to commissioning, and be involved in all phases of a project according to your interests.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
PEG Cryogenic unit management.
* In collaboration with Beltech, set up a detailed technical file and maintenance procedures to improve reliability and repair responsiveness.
* Set up operating and monitoring procedures to ensure stable performance and compliance to VOC emission limits.
* Coach PEG production teams to increase their knowledge and mastery of the cryo condensation process.
* In collaboration with the PEG2BULL project, assess the idea and feasibility to install a permanent measurement of VOC emission on the Braine Cryogenic unit.
DCM containment improvement
* Following the further results of DCM exposure measurement (foreseen in March), they define and set in place technical and organizational measures aimed to reduce and control fugitives DCM emissions in the PEG production area.
* Improve the production technicians' practices by increasing their awareness of risk and reflexes of protection.
ABOUT YOU:
* Background in chemical process engineering
* A few years of experience in chemical industry
* Good communication and teaching skills to coach production technicians
