Main accountabilities: Definition of growth strategy; Develop sales together with the team in Belgium and ensure strong growth towards predominantly midmarket; Manage/coach the sales team; Be the main driver behind reaching new business objectives; Report efficiently into international structure.
Profile requirements: Successful professional experience (over 8 years) in sales management within software/technology sector; experienced in solution selling; Preferable knowledge of business processes and Cloud ; Strong people management and leadership skills; Fluent in French, Dutch & English; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
