IT Project Manager

Here’s what you’ll do:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring quality standards and alignment with business objectives.
This person is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation through closure. This role involves defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, while managing budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The IT Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures that all project outputs meet established quality standards and business requirements. Clear communication of project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management is essential.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Overall coordination and monitoring of the project SAP plan. Including data migration project plan and stock migration project plan
2. Milestones and deliverables, critical areas, budget, timing, and RAID (Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions) status reporting towards TMO (Transformation Management Office)
3. Managing GO / NO-GO evaluation
4. Follow up with local PM on interdependent local (data) deliverables
5. Budget & resource planning
6. Overall release, environment planning and Tech & Dev follow up in close collaboration with Release Manager
7. Manage travel and other practicalities
8. IT Infra structure activities follow up

9. Strong experience managing SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations
10. Solid project management skills with proven delivery on time and within budget
11. Good understanding of business processes and SAP ERP integration
12. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, including senior management
13. Ability to manage risks, change, and project dependencies
14. Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
15. Strong financial and commercial awareness for budget and cost control
16. Regular travels to local site
